At first we though this guy was just going to pour molten copper on top of a coconut…which we weren’t too excited about as it would have mostly just bounced/rolled off. Then we saw him pull out the drill and knew things were about to get interesting. This youtube cuts a perfect hole in the top of the coconut and then clears out the center. Then comes the molten copper… It begins to bubble and boil in an incredible fashion, completely shaking the coconut like a bomb about to explode, but it doesn’t It just keeps bubbling and boiling. Eventually the man behind the experiment cools it all down with water and cracks the sucker open. What’s lets is a really cool mushroom shape piece of copper! It somehow didn’t burn through the white meat of the coconut, only searing it’s first layer. Anyway, enjoy the video. Pouring molten metals over and into things never ceases to entertain.
