Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Country (change this), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Prohibited Activities

The use of any automated system to access CHIRP and send more requests the CHIRP servers than a human could reasonably create in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser. Exception: operators of public search engines retain permission to use spiders for the purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials).

Interfering with or compromising the system integrity or security.

Attempting to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

The transmission of unsolicited emails or spam.

Attempting to create a large load on out infrastructure.

Uploading viruses, or software agents through the our service.

The posting of any aggressively sexual photos.

Collecting personally identifiable information that compromises users privacy.

Conducting fraud, impersonation, and or stalking.

Using the CHIRP Service for any type of illegal and/or corrupt activity.

Attempting to hack the CHIRP service or another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service.

User Content

CHIRP may now or in the future add features allowing users to create accounts of their own which may or may not allow you to post or publish content on or upload content to the Service, including photos, videos, and any other digital materials. Any content a User creates or makes available on the Service is referred to as “User Created Content.” You retain complete ownership and responsibility of your User Created Content.
